The username, first name, last name, and e-mail address are required. Any value my be provided for your name, but the e-mail address must be verified as valid.

We use the information you provide to provide Fail Driver functionality.Your e-mail address may be used to contact you with information or requests related to your account, and your location may be used to automatically set defaults for searches and information you submit. We also use the information to derive general demographic information about our users. If this information is used for demographic analysis or advertising purposes, it will strictly be used in aggregate and will not contain any personally identifiable information. We will never use or share any personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
